Bespoke AI fluency at Suncorp Group
Suncorp Group sought to upskill their senior leadership through the AI fluency sprint. Beginning with an initial two cohorts of 40 leaders in each, the organisation progressively rolled the training out to over 400 managers and team leaders.
Through a shared cohort experience, they built team expertise, common understanding, and actively pursued pilots and use cases within the organisation.
