Policy, for the people.

Good policy doesn’t live on paper. Make it real for your team.

The context: policy 101

Learn how organisations implement policy and get familiar with the research around the challenges of adoption.

The tool: shaping expectations

Learn a cognitive architecture framework that enables you to tell a policy story that sets expectations, gets people on the same page, and makes implementation easier.

The exercise: putting theory into practice

Using what you’ve learnt, you’ll work through a live scenario to assess potential policy adoption challenges and try to earn buy-in from your team.

Meet your class leader.
